Nurse Case Managers

Palmetto employs only nurse case managers that have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the catastrophic case management field. Our team is highly credentialed and most maintain licenses in multiple states.

Life Care Planners

Palmetto employs certified life care planners who have had extensive study in the Intellicus Model of Life Care Planning credentialing process. Our LC planners have more than 10 years experience and maintain the highest standard for certification which includes continuing education. We are equipped to service the entire Eastern Seaboard including New England, the Southeast and Florida. 

Clinical Service Specialists

Palmetto assigns a clinical service specialist to nurses for each case in order to ensure smooth and efficient movement from initiation to closure. These team members assist nurse case managers in submitting accurate and timely reports, research, and other tasks necessary to provide personal care for each client.

Quality Management Team

Palmetto employs a quality management team that monitors customer feedback and satisfaction levels in order to ensure that customer needs are continuously met. Our quality assurance program sets standards for education, communication, report submission and personal service. Our staff of highly qualified and experienced professionals ensures that all reports are reviewed by strict industry standards before being released to the customer, provides opportunities for quality continuing education, monitors customer service experiences, and ensures we are operating at optimum efficiency and industry standards.
